We are required by Customs to mark packages with full retail prices on the packing slips, not sale prices as they do not reflect the full value of the product. If a Customs Office of any country goes to our website at any time and sees a discrepancy between what the package is sold for and what it says on your packing list - we can get fined and potentially banned from shipping to your country again. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address when you check out. It is your responsibility to make sure all your information is correct. If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs. Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs.

Since we ship out of the United States – every address must be inputted in English Characters. If your order is inputted using something else – or with special characters – there is a risk the package will not make it to you. When products are in stock, I normally dispatch orders within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible with details of your order number at: hlacosedoranailart@gmail.com subject line :’’URGENT - Order cancellation’’.

If the items have not already been sent, then I will cancel the order and refund your order amount via your original payment method.

However, if the items have already been sent out, then you will need to wait until receipt of the goods and contact me upon their arrival before I can process a refund to your account.
